Leno Gauze Weave with interleaving
Interlocking weave threads minimize fraying while dressing to shape. Interleaved for easy peel off and aseptic application.
Bactericidal :
Neomycin sulphate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic which inhibits Protein synthesis by binding with ribosomal RNA and causing misreading of the bacterial genetic code.
Microbiology : Neomycin is active against the range of Gram-positive microorganisms : Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococci, Streptococcus pneumoniae. Gram-negative microorganisms : Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae.
Indications :
Burns & Scalds, Donor and Recipient graft sites, Skin loss wounds, Lacerations & Abrasions, Ulcers & Pressure Sores, Infected lesions caused by susceptible bacteria.
Contra - indications :
POLYBANE-NTM is for use only on your skin. Avoid getting this medicine in your eyes or inside your mouth or nose. Do not apply the ointment over large skin areas. Do not use to treat a deep cut, an animal bite, or a serious burn.
